Appointments are required for each consultation and treatment.

ACC Patient:  Subsidised Treatment Fee: $29 (incl. GST)

NON-ACC Patient: Treatment Fee: $98 (incl. GST)

The treatment includes all suitable treatment types for you:

Initial consultation

Acupuncture/Electro-acupuncture

Cupping/ Moving Cupping Treatment

Students enjoy a 10% Discount for all treatments (Not including ACC patients).

Weekly subscribed membership: $88 (incl. GST) for each treatment. 

Monthly subscribed VIP members: $70 (incl. GST) for each treatment.

Payment can be made with EFTPOS, cash, or internet banking.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
We'll need at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $65.

Deposits paid for TCM treatments through our online booking system are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment.

Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law and directly refunded back to a client’s bank account.
